This is NOT the same beaver that yielded the bones! This was in early spring, while waiting along the shoreline of a small brook. He wasn't bothered by me at all. Which is rare; beaver are usually pretty skittish, or annoyed, when you come around. My zoom lens isn't even that powerful, he was REALLY close. Swam in for a close up, did a U-turn, and went about his day...
